Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Lead Times

Processing: Allow 3-7 business days to process large item orders. Some items may be "Made to Order" with longer lead times (clearly noted on product page).

In-Stock vs. Backorder: In-stock items ship within the processing window. Backordered items have an estimated restock date on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Small Parcels (Lamps): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Freight Items (Desks, Large Shelves): Shipped via common carrier or specialized freight services.
3. Delivery Process for Freight Items

Appointment: The freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

Service Level: Standard delivery is typically to your curbside or garage. Bringing items into a specific room (room of choice) or up stairs may require an additional fee payable directly to the driver.

Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect all items thoroughly before the driver leaves. Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Your signature without noted damage indicates acceptance of the shipment in good condition.
4. Shipping Damages & Claims
For damages discovered after delivery (concealed damage), you must:

Contact us within 48 hours.

Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Save all packaging for potential inspection.
We will assist you in filing a freight claim. Claims can take several weeks to resolve.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. After 24 hours, if the order has entered processing, a cancellation fee may apply.
