Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your workspace setup. Due to the size and nature of furniture items, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, manuals, and hardware.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Large Furniture (Desks, Large Shelves): Once assembled, these items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Opened/Used Items: Any product that has been assembled, used, or shows any signs of wear (including lamps that have had bulbs installed and used).

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

  • Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items returned without original packaging or with packaging damaged by the customer will be refused or subject to significant repackaging fees.

  • Customer Damage: Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.

3. Return Process & Fees

  • To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which can be substantial for large items like desks and shelves. You must arrange and pay for return freight shipping. We recommend obtaining multiple quotes and using an insured, trackable service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all accepted returns of large items and opened boxes to cover inspection, processing, and inventory loss.

  • Pickup & Packaging: You are responsible for safely packing the item for return, disassembling it if necessary, and coordinating pickup with the freight carrier.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive the item and complete inspection. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are handled as a return (following the process above) and a new purchase. Please place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight items, note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. You must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage, the product, and all packaging.

  3. Keep all packaging materials.
    We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or prepaid return for the defective item.
